Our innovative tools are designed to:

• Help law enforcement bring those who are quick to adapt and extort the benefits technology can offer to justice, and
• Make it much harder to circulate terrorist, extremist, and radicalisation material online.

Although our technologies are designed to be a force for good, we also know that in the wrong hands they be used in way that is detrimental to what we view as fundamental human rights.

In addition, Cyacomb’s commercial success depends on its ability to conduct business in both UK and overseas, transacting with foreign organisations including governments and commercial organisations in a legally compliant manner. We are committed to complying with the strategic export control laws, regulations and procedures of all relevant jurisdictions and regimes in which it operates.

We therefore screen all our new customers to ensure that selling our technology to them is both legal and in line with our vision and values, and we require our resellers, integrators and other partners to do the same. The purpose of these controls is to prevent sales to any parties:

• Located in countries where there are relevant restrictions on trade generally, or specifically sales of security related technology
• That are likely to use our technology for purposes which may have a negative impact on the rights and freedoms of individuals (including civil, political, cultural, social, or economic rights).

We expect all our resellers to implement and follow a process, which is equivalent to or better than this policy.
